Our solar panel cleaning service is designed to safely remove dust, pollen, bird droppings, mineral deposits, and desert grime from the exposed glass surface of your panels using purified water and soft-bristle brushes. We do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or high-pressure equipment that could scratch or damage panel surfaces.

At Prestige Panel & Property Care, we handle the full scope: removing existing nests and debris, sanitizing affected surfaces with professional-grade products, and installing heavy-duty galvanized mesh barriers that seal the perimeter of your panel array — cutting off access at every gap without interfering with airflow, panel performance, or your manufacturer warranty.

Nevada's desert climate is tough on windows. Between the dust storms, hard water sprinklers, and relentless sun, glass surfaces take a beating year-round. We use professional-grade squeegees, soft scrubbers, and purified water to clean exterior glass without leaving streaks, spots, or residue behind. Every window receives a final wipe-down and inspection before we move on. Screen cleaning is available as an add-on service and is priced separately at the time of booking. Please note that if your windows are fitted with solar screens (sun-blocking or UV-filtering screen inserts), removal and reinstallation of those screens may be required prior to cleaning and may be subject to an additional charge. This will be communicated to you before any work begins.

Las Vegas weather can change fast, and working at height means we have to take conditions seriously. If the weather or job-site conditions on the day of your service are not safe for our crew to work, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule at no penalty to you. We never rush a job to beat the clock when safety is at stake.

Rescheduled appointments due to weather or safety conditions will be prioritized and booked at the earliest available time that works for you.

The more we know about your property going in, the better job we can do. If there are any conditions at your home that could affect how we work — or that could put our crew at risk — please let us know when you book or before we arrive. We are not here to judge; we just want to come prepared with the right equipment and plan.

If a hazard is discovered on-site that was not disclosed and prevents us from safely completing the work, we may need to reschedule or adjust the scope of service.

We take our work seriously and carry proper insurance. If something goes wrong because of something we did, we will own it and make it right. That said, we cannot be held responsible for conditions that existed before we arrived, problems that were hidden beneath dirt or debris, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
